Naz has been in Kalgoorlie for 3 years. She has experience with running a small team and implementing processes to ensure the practice is running smoothly. Her role is to manage the day-to-day running of the practice, certification and reaccreditation processes for staffing, the office and equipment and manages contract staff and maintenance.
Being a local of Kalgoorlie, Chris has that personal connection with our patients. With 8 years medical receptionist experience, she has a good understanding of the medical system. Chris also holds the role of social and education manager, been the key person in the coordination of the regular educational baby showers for pregnant patients and their family.
Amy moved to Kalgoorlie from Karratha in 2014 with her husband Dr Raj Toor, loved our practice so much she decided to become part of our team! Amy has paved her own way on becoming a part of our team. She is fluent in Punjabi and hindi.
With 5 years of experience of running a practice, Lisa provides our practice the business knowledge every practice needs to be successful. Lisa is located in South Australia, but is regularly in contact with every staff member on a weekly basis. Her role is to manage the finances, banking and payroll of Collins Street Surgery, as well as staff appraisals and supervision requirements.
Data Cleansing and Computer upgrades are conducted off-site and after-hours by Jessica who is based in Germany. This allows our practice to have fewer interruptions during our business hours and keep our records up to date.
Ashley has moved to Kalgoorlie from Perth, but has worked previously in a medical practice in Perth and USA. She brings a fresh accent to our already multi-cultural staff group.
Another local, Naomi joined our team in March 2016. Naomi has quickly picked up the ins and outs of working in a medical practice as previously she was working as a tax accountant.

Our junior receptionist and administration assistants. Tahlia is studying Year 11 at John Paul College. She joined us in February 2015 and works afternoon s and weekends to assist our senior reception staff. Kajtlin joins us during her leave from Year 12 and school holidays.
